Yes. Each account gets one 7-day free trial with 4,000 Credits and 3 full Insights. No payment method is required, and you won’t be charged automatically when the trial ends.

Unused trial Credits expire at the end of the trial. To continue using Ambi, you can choose a paid plan.

Plus is for everyday use.

Pro is for frequent use, with more active Routines and support for external connections through MCP.

Max is for your heaviest workloads, with the highest Credits allowance, unlimited Routines and unlimited scheduled nightly Insights.

Credits are a shared usage allowance for real-time AI, Recaps, extra Insights, Routines, Chat and AI Tasks.

With an active paid subscription, basic recording and transcription do not use Credits when you manually start Listening in Ambi.

The table below shows an example of mixed usage within a single period. All features share the same Credits balance; these are not separate allowances or the maximum usage for each feature.

Free estimates cover the full 7-day trial. Paid plan estimates cover 7 days.

Actual usage varies by content length, task complexity and how you use each feature. Using more of one feature leaves fewer Credits for the others.

Basic recording and transcription from Listening sessions you start manually are not included in the real-time AI Listening hours above. With an active paid subscription, they do not use Credits.

AI features that require Credits pause until you have Credits available again. With an active paid subscription, you can still use basic Listening recording and transcription. Free users need new valid Credits before starting another Listening session.

Running out of Credits does not delete your existing content or recordings.

No. Your plan’s Credits balance resets to the full plan allowance every 7 days. Unused plan Credits do not roll over. This also applies to yearly plans: Credits are issued weekly, rather than all at once for the year.

Purchased top-up Credits are not affected by the weekly reset. They remain valid for 12 months from the date they are added to your account.

Yes, if you have an active paid subscription. You can buy top-up Credits without upgrading your plan.

Top-ups add Credits only. They do not increase your active Routine limit, unlock MCP or add to the Insights included in your plan. Free users cannot currently buy top-ups.

Both billing options include the same benefits for your chosen plan. Only the payment schedule and price differ. Yearly billing offers a standard 15% discount.

Your billing currency, taxes and total amount are shown at checkout.

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades and cancellations generally take effect at the end of your current paid billing period. Cancelling your subscription does not immediately delete your existing content.

Manage your subscription through the service you originally used to subscribe. Deleting the Ambi app does not cancel your subscription or stop automatic renewal.
